| Bad Company 2 DLC and Map Pack 2 Information |

Bad Company 2 will get a second wave of DLC (Downloadable Content) sometime near the end of March.
The new DLC store will feature 1 specialization for each class, as well as a second map pack. The specialization’s are unique uniforms and camouflage weapons that can be used on the Battlefield in Bad Company 2’s MultiPlayer. Battlefield fans will be able to purchase all 4 new specs as a bundle, or buy them one by one as they please. It is expected to be a bit cheaper to buy the bulk package, rather than buying them all one by one.

| Bad Company 2 Map Pack DLC Revealed: Available on Day 1 |

EA has released info on a Bad Company 2 Map Pack that will be available as DLC on Day 1 of release. The Map pack will include 2 maps, Nelson Bay (Rush) and Laguna Alta (Conquest).. Nelson Bay looks to be a night map with plenty of snow and tree’s. Laguna Alta takes place during the end of the day, and it also has a darker (end of day) atmosphere to it. It includes both small transport vehicles, and Light Tanks. Below is the full promotional video to the Day 1 Map Pack DLC.
Update: EA has stated that the DLC is only going to be available to Limited Edition owners. This contradicts a statement from DICE Dev Patrick Bach earlier last week, where he stated that all copies of Bad Company 2 will come with a VIP DLC code and in turn could download day 1 DLC.

Hello Heroes!
I have great news for all you weapon fanatics out there (and really, who isn't?)!
We have added more Super and Uber weapons, so that now all weapons (except for Explosives and Knives) have their respective Super and Uber versions available in the in-game Store.
So if you were waiting to get the Super or Uber weapon that suits your playstyle best, or if you just like to collect weapons, today is the day!
Enjoy shooting your foes with your newly found raw weapon power!

To all Heroes
There is now a list of many hotdeals.You can buy your battlefield heroes stuff littlebit cheaper.
Not all is new, but you can make some good deals now.
That's right! As of today both Nationals and Royals can purchase "Supply Drops" from the hot deals page. Unfortunately it seems both factions have suffered at the hands of disorganisation, meaning the supply drops have been mislabelled or worse, sabotaged! This means the drops will give out random items equal or greater to the value of the supply drop purchased and with the possibility of being time limited or unlimited. Looks like HQ didn't check certain soldiers before enlisting them, otherwise disgruntled troops or enemy soldiers would have been smart to switch these drops with something of less value. So feeling lucky? Want to have the chance of obtaining an item of greater value within these drops and possibly end the war once and for all?
And who knows, more supply drops might be radioed in, sometime in the near future!

The feature allows you as a member to create an frontpage item like news about a game or hardware, reviews and previews. Our editorial staff will check if the item is real news worthy to the community and may make some editorial changes in the layout, grammer and spelling.

| Community News: New Website up and running! |

Well people, finally it's done!
After a few weeks with long nights, the new website is up! We changed to another CMS, from E107 to PHPNuke Evolution Extreme 2. Go check out the new cool features we implemented:
-Webshop
-Cheater database
-Downloads
-Clan Members Module
-War Module
-Forums
However, you need to register on our new website again, create a new user account. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we couldn’t link this to our old database.
During Battlefield Heroes, the Old Guys Clan was expanding so fast, the old website just didn't do it anymore. A lot of international members were joining, for whom the all-Dutch website looked like Gibberish.
Modern Warfare 2 and Bad Company 2 were introduced, making us a multi-gaming clan.
A new era started, international members joined and other games were introduced. Instead of being a multi-gaming clan, we reformed ourselves to a Gaming Community.
Almost 30 members are currently supporting our Community, helping us to let everything run as smooth as possible.
Our members are not just gaming here, but also helping each other out when someone is in need of any. Just hanging around on Teamspeak, talking a bit, having fun and also play a few games, that’s what it’s all about!
With 4 Battlefield Heroes game servers, we try to give the community a nice place to game, in which everyone is invited! We hope everyone enjoys themselves on our website, Teamspeak and game servers, because that is what we stand for; Fun, Respect and Friendship!

We have decided to move on together in Battlefield Heroes. By combining our forces, we have become the largest BFH community in the Netherlands.
